Durrance & Co design and manufacture tailor-made anti-bandit screens that
are designed to meet the current requirements for open cash transaction
counters whilst providing protection for staff against violence. They also
provide a higher level of security for external and internal high-risk
areas.
Banks, building societies, forecourt shops and bookmakers are among the major users of this specialist security product. Applications such as late night window cash counters, cash transfer trays and bullet resistant screen units can also be integrated to suit your own specific requirements.
In addition to
conventional glazing J Durrance can provide the option of polycarbonate,
offering superb abrasion resistance, a reduction in weight by about 50% with
an impact resistance 200 times that of standard glass. It also offers fire
resistance up to Class 1 surface spread of flame.
Our standard product is constructed from Comar aluminium framework, 9.5mm clear anti-bandit glass or scratch resistant polycarbonate with class ‘A’ anti shard on the teller side.
Working closely with each customer, we can design and construct a bespoke product to fit each requirement and integrate any additional applications required.
Your anti-bandit screen can also be powder coat finished to your corporate colouring for an enhanced finish.
